Coffy Neuefeind Lessig is a graduate of NuVu Studio Innovation School, and currently completing a gap year as a much-decorated professional electric unicycle (EUC) racer at events across the US. She is currently teaching high schoolers at NuVu’s summer program, and working on her college list!
